The training GEBOMD provides is designed with the latest technology used in running and supporting a healthcare practice. Training Sessions are taught by experienced professionals and is focused on providing a “hands on” approach, allowing users to “feel at home” with the product before they go live. Training sessions are developed based on customized client needs and are designed to reflect real day to day scenarios experienced in your particular practice. We offer on-site training, remote training and web delivered training to accommodate your practice needs.

GeboMD Training Facility

GeboMD has a training facility equipped and designed to help your staff implement and execute functions within the PM/EHR application with confidence. Each staff member is provided with a workstation allowing them to follow and practice the material being covered during the training session. In efforts to ensure that each of your staff members receives individual attention and support, the class size is limited to 8 users per training session.

GeboMD Remote Training Sessions

There is no need to spend money sending your staff to us for training. GeboMD is able to deliver remote training sessions for those clients that are unable to travel. Remote training sessions are also available for current clients that may want to have refresher sessions on any given function of the PM/EHR system. Internet access is required for remote training sessions.

GeboMD’s On-site Client Based Training

Relax; we are with you every step of the way. GeboMD provides onsite training before any Go Live for all clients. In addition to the on-site training GeboMD provides; a designated staff remains at your practice post ” Go live” and will remain on site for the first few days that your staff is live with the system to address any issues, questions, or comments that may arise once the system is live.
