Kester J. Nedd, D.O. is the Chairman of the Board of GeboMD, In addition, Dr. Nedd is the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eHDL, Inc, the parent company of MedAdmin Solutions, MedNet Solutions, LLC and Provider Network Solutions, Inc. He is a partner and founder of the Physician Care Network, LLC. Dr. Nedd has extensive background and interest in medical informatics and health policy research and has been the recipient of National Institutes of Health Grants for research and development in the area of Medical Information Systems in Health Care.

He has experience in contract negotiations, provider credentialing, network development and administration, quality assurance Managed Care Administration Services and provider office automation and administration. He has supervised the development of the EDI business, Provider Network Development, Credentials Verification Organization (CVO), MSO, IPA and TPA services in the eHDL organization.

Dr. Nedd is familiar with and experienced in the development and implementation of information systems with government level data processing, security and privacy standards and is an expert on the HIPAA standards. He is a physician executive with Specialty in Neurology and Sub-specialty in Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurological Trauma. Dr. Nedd has been involved in academic medicine for over 20 years and is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and head of Division of Neurological Rehabilitation.

Glen Johnson, M.D, is a Board Member. Dr. Johnson is a Physician Executive with twenty-eight years of Health Care experience ranging from Clinical Practice (over twelve years), Academic Medicine and Medical Education (over nine years), Managed Health Care (over thirteen years), and Medical Group Management.

As a Managed Care Executive, he has served as Corporate Chief Medical Officer of a publicly held Managed care Organization with over 1.2 million members, and more recently as Chief Executive Officer of a start up MCO in Houston Texas serving the Medicaid and CHIP population exclusively in the eighteen County area surrounding Houston. Dr. Johnson’s interest is in the management of health care for vulnerable populations with specific emphasis on Medicaid and CHIP populations and the Underinsured and Uninsured. Secondarily, he is currently providing consulting services for the development and implementing of Integrated Health Care Systems using integrated technology.

Paul N. Meyer is a Board Member. He is currently a senior manager for Physician Care Network, a managed Care Service Organization (MSO), a Florida Third Party Administrator and several other companies. Mr. Meyer served as the Senior Vice President and CFO of The Carborundum Company, an international Manufacturing company with operations in 46 countries.

He was the CFO of General Instrument Corporation, a Fortune 400 high tech company with worldwide operations and over 60,000 employees. He has started and managed over 8 companies in various industries. Mr. Meyer has extensive experience in operations, restructuring companies and turn around, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions.

Brian L. Nickerson, CISSP, CCNP is the Chief Operating Officer of GeboMD. As a senior technologist and independent consultant he has provided strategic planning, project management, technical leadership and security compliance for a number of international organizations.

Mr. Nickerson’s twenty seven years of infrastructure and technology management experience has included employment and long term contracts with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Sony, National Security Agency (NSA), global call centers, multiple cruise lines, e-healthcare EDI organizations, International Olympic Committee and global telecommunication companies.

He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Mr. Nickerson graduated from the Chapman Graduate School of Business at Florida International University with a Masters degree and has his undergraduate degree in Computer Science. He is certified with many technology vendors and organizations including Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, RSA, Checkpoint, ISC2 and CompTIA.

Yelena Nikolnikov, RN, MS, CCA, Manager of EHR Training and Implementation – is a Registered Critical Care Nurse and Certified Coder with extensive experience in Health Information Management and Project Management. She has worked in the field of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Transplant and Rehabilitation providing clinical care, case management, and clinical administration and automation services.

As a Utilization Review expert she has worked with various managed care and insurance organizations to develop and implement systems for disease management, cost containment and reporting capabilities. Ms. Nikolinikov has worked with medical records and clinical information systems for documentation and information management in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and as a physician advisor. She is in the process of completing her MBA with an emphasis in Health Care Administration.

Yadira D. Dale-Torres is the Manager of Practice Management Training and Implementation. She has worked in implementing large and small systems in the office automating environment. Ms Torres has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of system administration, process management, logistics, database administration, security and privacy in medical information system, EDI administration and setup and communication standards.

She has a BS in Management Information System from Florida International University and served time in the US Army, with duties and responsibilities involving logistics administration.
